EAL/ESOL Tutor for Young People and Adults EAL/ESOL Tutor for Young People and Adults Job Description This company is seeking experienced EAL/ESOL Tutors to work with young people and adults who are learning English as an additional language. As a tutor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and effective lessons that help students improve their English language skills. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging and effective EAL/ESOL lessons Create lesson plans and materials that are appropriate for students' language levels and learning styles Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure that students receive a high-quality education Attend meetings and training sessions as required Requirements Experience teaching EAL/ESOL to young people and adults A recognised teaching qualification, such as CELTA or PGCEExcellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals If you are an experienced EAL/ESOL tutor who is passionate about helping students learn English, then we want to hear from you.
