Successful candidates will be Chartered with the RTPI, have an RTPI accredited planning degree (or related qualification), and have demonstrable consultancy experience. You must enthusiastic, client focused, and have a track record of independently managing planning applications. The Position as a Senior Town Planner Project initiation and site selection through to end: of: life phase. Engage in developing the companys client base, enhancing the companys reputation, and an active member of the team. Contribute to a diverse range and scale of projects such as private housebuilders, government organisations, social housing developers and landlords, and commercial developers. Be part of a team filled with versatile expertise. Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant Demonstrable relevant experience.
