This client covers all technical building disciplines for new and existing buildings. They advise and plan across the entire building life cycle, bringing comprehensive methodological expertise. A midsize engneering consultancy which after having a strong 2023, they are on the lookout for a project leader that has a background in Mechanical or Electrical design engineering. This is a chance to join a growing company that are regarded as one of the best planning offices in Frankfurt. Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute planning projects, ensuring compliance with HOAI or contractual agreements. Monitor project deadlines, budgets, and planning performance consistently. Serve as a reliable contact for customers, builders, architects, authorities, and specialist planners. Conduct cross-trade meetings and coordinate internal project meetings while serving as a technical point of contact for internal queries. Requirements: Technician, Bachelor, Master, or diploma in supply technology with a focus on electrical engineering and/or heating, refrigeration, ventilation, and sanitary technology Minimum 5 years of professional experience Current knowledge of latest technology and regulations, ideally with relevant training Proficient in MS Office applications; Knowledge of Auto CAD and Revit, and familiarity with BIM method is desirable Good level of German - B2 level and above.
