Fabrication, fitter, technician, Testing, propellant, rocket engine, gas Test Technician required to support Test Engineers on chemical thrust cell preparation and maintenance, pressure and control systems checks, particularly leak and pressure integrity. Our client is an international Aerospace and Defence supplier growing their spacecraft propulsion department which serves commercial, defence and scientific markets. Key skills Mechanical fitting and general practical hands on engineering experience. Ideally apprenticeship background. High pressure gas and fluidic systems knowledge. Attention to detail and interest in quality, speed and efficiency. Safety-first approach Responsibilities Piping and Instrumentation Diagram interpretation. Using electrical and electronic measurement and testing tools. Space flight hardware, preparation of hardware for test, test stand installation with instruments.
