Dare for Better.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an Accounting Ops Sr Accountant to join our Control team and support our Q&G BU's. This role is responsible for managing two direct reports * Responsible for the Q&G Restructuring and Relocation accounting close, including the corresponding journal entries, periodic schedules, reconciliations, reporting and SOX/Operating controls. * Oversees Royalty accounting and one Royalty Accountant, including calculation of Gatorade royalty, reviewing and approving corresponding journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, external audit support, payments and SOX/Operating controls. * Oversees Fringe accounting and one Fringe Accountant, including, reviewing and approving corresponding journal entries, reconciliations, periodic schedules, and SOX/Operating controls. * Oversees the escheat process as part of the Royalty Accountant role, including reviewing periodic reconciliations and annual filings with each state. * Lead regular and ad hoc analytic requests, including balance sheet reviews, periodic restructuring reviews, and other ad hoc requests.Qualifications * 5+ years of Accounting related experience (CPA would be considered a plus). * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting * Experience with SAP and the BW reporting systems. * Superior analytical and problem solving capabilities * Superior communication and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced matrix organization. * Ability to adapt quickly & maintain flexibility with regard to ad-hoc projects, revisions to areas of responsibility and organizational change. * Manager experience a plus. * This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United StatesCompensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 - $113,850 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.EEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender IdentityIf you'd like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant under the law, please download the available EEO is the Law & EEO is the Law Supplement documents.
