About you: You know how to plan, organize and manage costs and expenditures for small and medium size projects. You have a construction background. You are familiar with municipal construction standards, codes and rules. You are a natural communicator and can easily build rapport and partnerships with both external and internal stakeholders. Your management style can be summed up like this: open door, empowering, strategic and supportive. You believe that leadership is a collective activity where we all have something to learn from each other. You can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities while keeping a smile on your face. You work well with deadlines and can organize and prioritize your workload. All in a days work: Participate in daily huddles. Oversee-day-to-day operations. Work with operations on project timelines. Hire and train installers. Monitor inventory levels and unpack and organize product deliveries. Travel between Calgary, Red Deer and Edmonton Have fun, it’s a busy role but rewarding. Experience: 8+ plus years in a supervisory/leadership role in a similar industry. Solid understanding of installations in all types of weather conditions. Strong construction background and the Alberta building code. Punctual, highly organized, disciplined and accountable. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
