Additionally, opportunities abound for those who enjoy working within the production environment and are excited about both leading a team and ensuring we are producing a top quality, safe product for families across the globe.Job Tasks:Monitor SOP s, SSOP s, and GMP compliance of associates, perform HACCP procedures to comply with federal regulationsWork with USDA and present records to them at the agency s requestReview finished product, processes and records to ensure accuracy and be held accountable to their accuracyAid QA supervisor and management in gathering data for investigationsWork closely with production associates in monitoring meat product for specifications, and correcting specification deficienciesAssist in other duties as needed Assist in daily pre-op dutiesConducting and overseeing quality assurance/ Food SafetyPromote a Safe work environment for all employees.Enter daily data effectively and efficientlyRequirements:Problem solving skillsQuality and work standardsOral and written skillsReliableAttention to detailBenefitsBenefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid time off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): eligible after 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting scheduleEOE/VETS/DISABILITY
