Job Description: Sr. Intelligent Automation Developer - Remote Location: Remote Work Type: Full Time Regular Job No: 502740 Categories: Information Technology, Strategy & Innovation Application Closes: Open Until FilledAs our Sr. Intelligent Automation Developer, you'll be part of our Enterprise Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (COE). This critical role will support the automation COE in further scaling of Intelligent Automation (IA) across the organization through various automation efforts. You'll be responsible for delivering complex automation efforts as well as providing the team with technical leadership - it's a fantastic opportunity to expand your horizons in the Intelligent Automation space while being part of a high performing team. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:Estimated Salary: $82,500 - $136,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.Remote opportunity.Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Leadership in Business Process Automation: Leads the end-to-end process of designing, developing, and deploying complex business process automations. Takes charge of troubleshooting and resolving intricate technical problems throughout different development stages.Technical Guidance and Support: Provides essential technical leadership support to the team and offers guidance to junior resources, emphasizing best practices and development techniques. Ensures code efficiency, structure, and scalability through participation in design authority review sessions.Process Optimization and Innovation: Actively engages in the improvement of the development process, fostering efficiency, agility, and a positive attitude toward change management. Gathers and appreciates ideas from the team, customers, and stakeholders to enhance the development process.Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identifies and communicates risks associated with automation candidates, supported by relevant data. Analyzes and resolves automation software issues, collaborating with solution architects and vendors when necessary.Continuous Learning and Customer Focus: Stays informed about emerging technologies and best practices in the RPA/Intelligent Automation space. Demonstrates a customer-focused approach by aligning practices with customer needs and satisfaction as the primary drive.WHAT YOU’LL BRING:2+ years of hands-on experience using Blue prism RPA software. Can-do attitude - motivated to pick up challenges and open to changes in how things are done. Ability to support/coach/lead junior developers. Comfortable collaborating in remote environment. Experience coordinating and leading multiple development and testing teams. Experience with SDLC processes and change control disciplines.You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:Certified in Blue PrismExperience with Microsoft Power Automate and related components a huge plus.Experience handling Intelligent Automation tools such as Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). Other AI/ML tools strongly preferred.Knowledge of insurance domain processes such as acquisition, fulfillment, claims, servicing, etc.We value diverse experience, skills, and passion for innovation.
