LSI currently seeks a Program Supervisor for the Refugee & Immigrant Services Department to lead the LSI Business and Financial Asset Building Programs in Des Moines. What You'll Do The Programs Supervisor will manage all LSI Business and Financial Asset Building Programs including a state-wide Individual Development Account (IDA) Matched Savings Program, financial and business education, financial and business counseling, lending, credit building and tax preparation programs. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the programs meet all performance goals per funder and contract requirements, are responsive to clients needs, and are implemented per contract requirements and budget allocations. They will directly supervise direct support project specialist staff in their program area. Monthly travel to support statewide partners is required. What You'll Need Required : Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related field and 2 years experience with financial capacity, asset building and economic development programs. Minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor in a non-profit or similar environment. Demonstrated experience managing program data in a non-profit environment required. Preferred: Minimum of 3-5 years experience with progressively responsible implementation, administration, business or economic development programs.
