The Director of Construction & Design provides day to day management and oversight of all Capital improvement projects throughout the hotel portfolio. This person will manage functional programming, facilities design and construction of capex projects using skills to direct and control all resources. This position reports directly to the President of the company and works with all RVP and Directors. Travel required. Position to be based in Pacific Northwest area, in Spokane, WA.Responsibilities include:Initiate and manage all design , construction and consultants services as neededManage pre-construction and design activitiesOver and review the development f the all construction drawings and bid documentWork with changes to budgets and schedules as neededMust have knowledge of brand guidelines and expectations including construction and renovation experience with Marriott, IHG, Hyatt and Hilton Why work for NSH?
