Guaranty Bank is looking for a Residential Lender to join our Real Estate team! This individual will be responsible for assisting with the setting up of loan files for processing, assisting processing and closing, assisting post-closing and funding for first mortgage loans including conventional, jumbo, government, and special state or federal loan programs. Ideal candidates would have a Bachelor's degree in a business related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, as well as a minimum of one to three years in sales and mortgage origination experience within the banking industry. Must also have the ability to successfully obtain and maintain registration through NMLS in accordance with S.A.F.E. Act requirements, as well as a working knowledge of mortgage lending regulatory requirements, and other applicable banking laws and regulations. Must also remain flexible to withstand unpredictable changes to schedules and deadlines, and interact and communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization Guaranty Bank is a local full-service bank, which strives to have a positive impact through volunteerism, philanthropy, and a responsible approach to financial services.
