As Program Director for Foster Care & Adoption , your role goes beyond supervising and motivating. Bring your creativity to develop improvements and new concepts in staff development, foster family recruitment and development, and service delivery. By combining your passion for kids and families with your passion for excellence, you'll lead your dedicated team to achieve our higher standards, as you fulfill our mission of helping kids and strengthening families in your community As Program Director, you will: Interview, hire and train employees; planning, assigning and directing work Appraise performance including coaching and future performance development Manage training needs through learning management system, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and solving problems Maintain quality improvement goals and address at regularly scheduled staff meetings Oversee Client delivery and ensure performance measurements and outcomes are met The Program Director Requires: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Health or Human Services field Eligible or hold a valid Child Placing Management Staff status according to DFPS standards, is preferred 3 years' experience in a director role in foster care programming and coordination of services Arrow Benefits Include: Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options, including HSA match for qualifying contributions.
