As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of high value Clinical Negligence matters from inception to completion with the support of a friendly team. The successful candidate must have previous experience of handling such claims. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring cases are progressed in a timely and efficient manner Liaising with clients, experts, barristers and third-party solicitors as necessary Dealing with all aspects of pre and post issue procedures Pursuing cases to conclusion Due to the firm being in a period of growth, there will be lots of opportunities for progression over the coming years.
