QA Technician to join a leading FMCG & Cosmetics company based in the Greater Cardiff Area for a salary of up to £30,000 per annum with a fantastic benefits package and working hours that include a 1pm finish on a Friday. This permanent position as QA Technician is working closely with key stakeholders on site, so there is no option to work from home. This is truly an exciting role as a QA Technician, supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in delivering the site objectives. This permanent position as QA Technician is working closely with key stakeholders on site, so there is no option to work from home. This is truly an exciting role as a QA Technician, supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in delivering the site objectives. This can include rolling out New Verification Master plans, verification of: new equipment; new processes and improvements to existing processes across manufacturing, packaging and quality. Experience in a QA Technician role would be ideal when applying to this position, however we will be open to reviewing graduates from a scientific technical background. Manufacturing experience would also be highly advantageous when applying to this QA Technician role. Responsibilities of the QA Technician Assist the Quality Assurance manager to maintenance and implementation of the Quality System ensuring it is under continuous scrutiny for productivity improvements. Animate the Quality System to achieve improvements in product or service that meet the company’s and customer’s objectives. To work with the relevant departments on the validation and revalidation of equipment with a strong focus on industrial hygiene requirements.
