Reports to: Director of Planning Position Responsibilities:Support and drive the domestic wholesale business through pre-season planning, in-season forecasting, inventory and OTB management, and insightful analysis in order to maximize sales and optimize inventoryProduce, distribute, and analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal reportingPartner with wholesale team to develop scenarios, identify new opportunities, minimize liabilities, and propose creative ideas to drive sales while maintaining profitabilityDevelop deep understanding of company systems and reporting processes, working collaboratively with IT and end users to identify areas of opportunity and unify cross-departmental reportingDevelop daily location plans, based on monthly targets and marketing calendarsContribute to the maintenance and development of department reporting and analysis tools, including but not limited to: Weekly Account Performance, Shipping Projections, Delivery Selling, and Market Prep AnalysisCompile data from multiple sources to maintain standard and create ad hoc reporting and analysis A successful candidate will possess:Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ year of experience in planning, buying, allocation, or wholesaleExcel experience, retail math acumen, and desire to learnStrong communication, analytic, time management, and problem solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to quickly shift priorities, collaborate well with other departments, and take initiative BENEFITS:Visibility - the opportunity to work on key strategic initiatives within a highly visible teamOpportunity to make an impact - Disrupt women's fashion and be part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company that takes customer satisfaction very seriouslyGrowth - we consider your potential at least as valuable as your current skill setClothing Allowance, Early Access and Discount on all productsCorporate Social Responsibility - we are committed to doing business in a sustainable manner.Style - Opportunity to work with a beautiful, high-quality product
