Roles and Responsibilities as a Specifications Technologist: Creating and editing customer specifications for each product accurately and to strict deadlines. Verify nutritional data, recipe and specific ingredient content. Supporting with label change process and artwork sign-off. Ensuring all products comply with current regulations and FSA guidelines. Issuing factory instructions for each product to ensure the products comply with specifications. I would love to see CVs from individuals who have: Experience working as a Specifications Technologist, Food Technologist, Technical Administrator, Specification Administrator or a similar role. A background in food manufacturing. Previously used systems such as Inspire, Somerfield, Enterprise, Aspects e. tc Experience dealing with Technical paperwork, product specs and artwork.
