You will be systematic and skillful in prioritising and switching to appropriate roles throughout your day. Experience in supporting high volume recruitment campaigns would be valuable. In this role, no two days are the same ensuring you will never be bored Duties will include but are not limited to: - Assist the recruitment process from vacancy request through to onboarding using the ATS. - Manage and post vacancy adverts to promote candidate attraction. - Arranging a high volume of interviews. - Screen CVs against agreed criteria. - Follow up calls to applicants as appropriate. - Provide clerical assistance for both internal and external recruitment campaigns. - Aid the final stages of the recruitment process and construction of offer letters and contracts of employment. What you'll bring - Previous experience within recruitment, ideally from a high-volume background. - Excellent organisation skills and the competence to switch between tasks. - Knowledge of social media and job boards. - Good IT experience expressly MS Excel, Outlook and Word. - Interpersonal skills to build rapports with applicants and managers This role is Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week.
