A. Vision: Global network of local clubs (like Toastmasters) where business owners can connect, find inspiration and support and help each other succeed and make a bigger impact in the world B. Current stage – 1st club (30+ paying members), polishing the initial franchise model and making the club self-sustaining C. More here: / About the Role This role is all about systems and processes. The aim is to support our community of entrepreneurs to ensure they get the most value from being part of the membership and to help our team to work effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing our data records, documenting and improving our processes, managing our systems and setting up automations where needed. Also looking after our resources library. This is a great opportunity to develop your operations and project management skills. You might learn a lot about various modern tools and automation (which is quite a hot topic). If you love organising stuff, Excel spreadsheets and figuring out how to make things better, you’ll love this role. This role can also give you a lot of confidence as you realise that even business owners who run companies are human and face similar challenges to everyone else. If you are into entrepreneurship and see yourself one day starting your own business, this will be a masterclass of what it takes to succeed in business.
