They are looking for a Clinical Lead who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of dedicated professionals in theatres. You will be responsible for supporting and mentoring staff within the clinical area and ensuring excellent patient care at all times. You will aid in the management of the day-day running of the theatre department – guiding your team to ensure a smooth workflow, you will also work alongside further management to fortify the excellent quality of care provided and audit your department. You will work closely with the medical team and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
