As a further education provider , Make UK can offer an engaging and motivational workplace where you will provide mentoring and guidance to Manufacturing & Engineering apprentices. The role will involve developing and delivering further education engineering subjects with qualifications including Pearson BTEC National Diplomas, EAL Vocational Awards, and City and Guilds qualifications. We have many opportunities, including; Electrical, Mechanical Maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, and Fluid Power. Applications are welcome to individuals from industry looking to move into the education field, training will be provided. Responsibilities to include: Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and backssments Develop course materials including handouts and reference materials Deliver training to apprentices and adults Create a motivational learning environment Assess learners progress, provide constructive feedback and progress reports Experience and skills required: Time served apprentice, relevant City and Guilds part 3 qualification or full Technical Certificate or national Certificate or higher Level 3 or higher teacher training qualification desired A1 and V1 desired Industrial experience combined with knowledge of current industry and best practice standard desirable Good.
