Lead Theatre Practitioner – Anaesthetics and Recovery Position: Lead Theatre Practitioner – Anaesthetics and Recovery Location: Northwood Pay: up to £50,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements Hours – Full time and Part time is available – Flexible working pattern Contract – Permanent Medi Talent are seeking a Lead Theatre Practitioner/ Senior Theatre Lead Theatre Practitioner – Anaesthetics and Recovery Position: Lead Theatre Practitioner – Anaesthetics and Recovery Location: Northwood Pay: up to £50,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements Hours – Full time and Part time is available – Flexible working pattern Contract – Permanent Medi Talent are seeking a Lead Theatre Practitioner/ Senior Theatre Practitioner specialised in Recovery and Anaesthetics to join our client - a leading healthcare provider in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Northwood. They are looking an experienced individual to join and lead their well-established team in the Theatre Recovery + Anaesthetics department, which offers a large variety of specialist services – ensuring you a revolving caseload. As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will have strong communication skills and several years experience in a senior or lead role. You will act as a mentor for more junior staff on the Recovery + Anaesthetics team, helping to train and develop them. You will ensure that hospital policies and procedures as adhered to and that top patient care is given at all times, mainly post operatively. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin number and ideally have a mentorship certificate. You should have recent experience within being an ODP or recovery, however other theatre disciplines will be considered. You must have Anaesthetic experience and/or qualification.
