This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in vendor management, order placement, expedition, and material setup processes. Responsibilities: Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate order placement. Execute expedited processes to meet project timelines. Set up and manage materials for various engineering manufacturing projects. Handle different types of orders, including spot orders and blanket orders. Utilize SAP for effective material planning and tracking. Qualifications: Previous experience in Material Planning. Familiarity with vendor management, order placement, and expedition processes. Proficiency in setting up materials for engineering manufacturing projects. Knowledge of order types, including spot orders and blanket orders. Experience working with SAP is essential. Requirements: Onsite presence required 5 days a week in Portsmouth. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
