As a Contract Facilities Lead you will be responsible for managing and maintaining site facilities and plant, to ensure a safe, cost-effective, and legally compliant environment for all staff. Redline Group are working with a world leader in design and manufacturing of leading-edge technologies, who are looking for a Contract Facilities Lead to be based at their site in East Susinteraction. As a Contract Facilities Lead you will be responsible for managing and maintaining site facilities and plant, to ensure a safe, cost-effective, and legally compliant environment for all staff. Key skills required as Contract Facilities Lead based in East Susinteraction: Continuous awareness of the site requirements, status, maintenance, and utilities Ensure safety standards are incorporated Planning and execution of routine tasks and planned/reactive maintenance. Desired skills required as Contract Facilities Lead based in East Susinteraction: NEBOSH Qualification Corporate environment experience is desirable Experience with asset management, ideally in a manufacturing environment Experience leading a team This role has an indicative INSIDE IR35 determination therefore candidates will be required to operate via an Umbrella company.
