A CQC rated “GOOD” surgery in Leighton Buzzard which is part of an innovative GP Federation are looking for a Lead GP to join their team with a salary offering of up to 11k per session + several benefits. The role will be a mix of regular clinical sessions and also Lead GP sessions which will be non-clinical management of the strong MDT within the practice. A CQC rated “GOOD” surgery in Leighton Buzzard which is part of an innovative GP Federation are looking for a Lead GP to join their team with a salary offering of up to 11k per session + several benefits. The role will be a mix of regular clinical sessions and also Lead GP sessions which will be non-clinical management of the strong MDT within the practice. You will be supported with the development of multiple skills in clinical practice, quality improvement and primary care management. They are flexible with start and finish times and you can work anything up to 8 sessions per week. The day set up is very standard which includes face to face appointments, self and surgery generated admin and home visits. The IT system they use is Systmone.
