Legal Associate - City of London - Hybrid Working - 2 Days PW In The Office Must be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE and be registered with the SRA for England & Wales 12 Month FTC - Competitive Salary Legal Associate - City of London - Hybrid Working – 2 Days PW In The Office Must be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE and be registered with the SRA for England & Wales12 Month FTC - Competitive Salary This superb Reinsurance company is based in the City of London with international offices around the globe and are seeking a qualified Legal Associate to join their Commercial Legal team on a 12 month FTC to cover Maternity Leave. With the in-house Legal teams working as the trusted advisers to the business, the Commercial Legal Associate will undertake a variety of tasks including advising & counselling the business units on commercial contracts, day to day legal matters and strategic legal issues - all within an often fast paced & dynamic Legal team environment. Role & Responsibilities will include: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including: Third Party Supplier Agreements, Health & Wellness Vendor Agreements and Non-disclosure Agreements. Providing legal advice to key stakeholders within the business in areas such as Data Protection and new product/service development projects. Counselling business units on day-to-day legal issues and areas of Providing general legal Essential Skills & Experience: Solicitor admitted to practice in England and Wales with 3+ years PQEExcellent legal drafting skills Highly motivated and proactive team member Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on assignments that are complex in nature, applying legal knowledge, resolving problems, making recommendations and preparing deliverables.
