This is a fantastic opportunity for the rightperson to be part of a bigger team and make a real difference. BENEFITSâ 37 hours per week, â Monday to Friday on a two-shift pattern of 5.45 am-1.45 pm and 10 am-6 pm. â Occasional evening and weekend shifts to cover holidays and absences. â Contract roleâ Possibility of a temporary to Permanent position THE ROLE OF A PREMISES OFFICERThe successful candidate will be joining a small Premises team of three, this role willinvolve day-to-day monitoring of the security and safety of the site alongsidemaintaining the fabric of the building and grounds. THE RIGHT PREMISES OFFICERIdeally, the successful applicant will be a hardworking, dedicated team player whohas a positive approach to problem-solving, An ability to communicate effectively, and the competency to work independentlyusing their own initiative. Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving tasks, Good interpersonal skills in dealing with contractors, staff, and visitors, and havecompetent DIY skills.
