Based in Warrington my client is seeking an experienced Claimant Litigation Executive with Subrogation experience to manage both pre-litigated and litigated motor claims from inception.Based in Warrington my client is seeking an experienced Claimant Litigation Executive with Subrogation experience to manage both pre-litigated and litigated motor claims from inception to conclusion for high-net-worth customers/insurers. Dealing with high-net-worth insurer in relation to subrogated motor claims, you will be responsible for your own caseload of RTA claims and any associated special damages. The main objective is to seek settlement of your cases, whilst ensuring the desired quality of handling and TCF requirements are met consistently at a high standard. You will be liaising with internal and external specialists. Key Accountabilities: - Dealing with pre-litigated motor claims - The ability to take a pro-active approach to recovery, by litigating if necessary - Experience of uninsured loss recovery and subrogation - Liaison with insurers and credit hire companies - Manage expectations of high-net-worth clients Essential skills: - 3 years motor litigation experience from a claimant background preferably insurer - Sound knowledge of the CPR, Pre Action-Protocols and litigation procedures - Working knowledge of credit hire - Motor experience essential, PL advantageous - Computer literate including Proclaim Personal Skills - Excellent verbal and written skills - Excellent telephone manner - Self-starter, initiative - Team player - Confident of own abilities Benefits - 22 days holiday plus bank holidays - Life Accurance - Work from home 1 day a week - Career prospects - Free eye tests and Flu vaccinations - discounted gym membership - free fruit, tea, coffee - staff referral schemes If this role is of interest, please call Chris Orrell on or forward your most recent CV to n Legal recruits for law firms and In-House departments across the UK.
