Industrial Disease Solicitor A well-established, chambers ranked firm with beautiful offices in central Bristol is looking for an experienced Industrial Disease lawyer who can bring specialist.Industrial Disease Solicitor A well-established, chambers ranked firm with beautiful offices in central Bristol is looking for an experienced Industrial Disease lawyer who can bring specialist knowledge of asbestos related claimant work. This team covers a wide range of Industrial Disease cases however within this role you would be responsible for a specialist case load of multi-track asbestos related cases which will vary in complexity and value. You would have full responsibility of your case load, dealing with cases from instruction to conclusion. You will hold a minimum of 3 years experience of dealing with asbestos-claims with outstanding knowledge of associated legislation and regulations, with an added understanding of health and safety practice in the workplace. You must be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment and possess the knowledge and understanding of a wide range of asbestos-related matters. Excellent communication and people skills are required, in addition to having the ability to provide comprehensive legal advice on complex cases, handle difficult disputes and yet remain highly organised in suppressing all claims in a professional and timely manner.
