The Role At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to 'Make it easy for men to dress well' and we can't do that without our specialist teams. This time, we're on the lookout for an CRM Automation Executive who will be working with Charlotte from our CRM team. What you will be doing This is an excited and varied role, which works cross-functionally with teams across the business to deliver best-in-class multi-channel customer journeys and contact strategies. Predominantly, you will be supporting the Senior CRM Manager to deliver the executions of all behavioural based/lifecycle triggers & automated email campaigns from brief to deployment. You will support the delivery of the Email Automation Roadmap, ensuring existing programs are optimised through a test and learn approach and introduce new high opportunity programs as well the execution of the customer contact strategy for key customer segments. You will also be responsible for providing regular insights and analysis on campaign performance to the wider email team, making future recommendations based on learnings as well as being the technical support to the wider email team, including troubleshooting ad-hoc issues and customer queries. What we are looking for You will be a strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage your own time efficiently. Highly organised with a willingness to go the extra mile. Microsoft Office experience is essential and you will have ESP experience as well as knowledge of HTML.
