You will be part of an essential team ensuring all payments are logged correctly and handled as appropriate. Duties will include, but not limited to: - Receiving cash boxes into our secured cash room facility. - Readying cash boxes and floats for various customers as requested. - Daily collection counting and reporting to management. - Banking cash. - Cash app entry, validation and forwarding. - Scanning and email paperwork to internal / external parties. - Keeping cash room and records tidy, organised and ready for internal/external auditing. - Investigate any discrepancies and update management with findings/resolutions. - Order and keep a ready supply of banking bags required to complete the financial operation. What you'll bring: - Good communication skills. - Good basic maths skills. - Previous knowledge of the parking industry is desirable, but not essential.
