We’re looking to recruit a Night Shift Loader to join our Fareham factory nightshift on a permanent basis due to exciting company growth. Responsibilities – Night Shift Loader: Maintaining health and safety regulations across the factory floor. Manual handling of glass. The quality and cleanliness of glass. Pre loading sealed units ready for dispatch. Loading units on to stillages and loading vehicles. Moving vehicles around the yard. Cleanliness of the finished product. Person Specification – Night Shift Loader: Have a valid driving license. License up to HGV class 2 preferred, although training will be given to the right candidate if they do not have this. Have a willingness to learn full training provided. Be able to work towards a given target. Excellent attention to detail. Be adaptable. Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
