What you could be part of. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has an eye for accuracy and attention to detail to join our busy finance team. Working with the Finance Team, you will gain experience across a wide range of Financial functions whilst supporting the organisation to maintain and improve its financial performance. Continuous improvement is also vital, and we challenge ourselves to develop new and innovative ways to improve the services that make a real difference to people's lives. What you'll be doing. Deal with aspects of Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger activity including maintenance of customer and supplier records, raising and processing invoices, credit notes and refunds, posting receipts. Monitor and assist in the resolution of customer and supplier queries by liaising with service departments. Reconcile Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger control accounts as well as other reconciliations across the finance department. Support the maintenance of Financial systems including the addition of new users and deletion of leavers and daily and monthly processes. Support the Finance Business Partners providing day to day management accounting, including posting journals, investigating discrepancies, monthly budget monitoring and attending meetings with budget holders, in order to ensure the financial information within the organisation.
