Do you have comprehensive knowledge and direct experienced of managing small to medium stock condition surveys on a planned basis while managing the expectation of stakeholder relationships Do you have comprehensive knowledge and direct experienced of managing small to medium stock condition surveys on a planned basis while managing the expectation of stakeholder relationships If so our client within the Public Sector based in East London is currently recruiting for a Technical Project Officer to join their Damp and Mould team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a Building Surveying environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to support the current D&M team by reviewing survey reports and to arrange work orders or follow-on inspections Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Ensure delivery of all aspects of the condition surveyor reports and actions Support consultation procedures Identify Issues Escalating complex problems when required The Candidate To be considered for this role you will require a relevant professional qualification in HND/HNC/Degree in Building Surveying The below skills would be beneficial for the role: 2 Years in Social Housing Environment In depth understanding of social housing repairs Troubleshooting Planning & Reporting The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £250 - £260 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
