About this role We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Security and Healthcare Technologies division. Ideally this position would be based in Nanaimo or Victoria, BC. However, we would consider candidates in different parts of BC or Canada, with potential relocation and remote working options available. Project Manager responsibilities Identify potential business opportunities Maintain good relationship with suppliers, consultants, general contractors and end users Manage all areas of the project including, contract management, financials, schedules, labour requirements, materials, deficiencies, etc. Estimate project costs, changes, and submit tenders Complete required paperwork for billing, and ensure payment is received Review reports and provide analytics to project team Arrange for project manuals to be completed Ensure that as-built drawings are completed and sent to the owner Report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the field team and with the assigned office support (coordinators, designers, technicians, and accounting) to achieve project performance, budget and schedule targets Your experience and skills 3+ years project management experience in related construction/electrical technologies field Some knowledge of Security (access control, CCTV and intrusion detection) and/or Healthcare Technology (nurse call, RTLS, systems integrations) industry and product knowledge required Good computer skills must be proficient in Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of Procore, Auto CAD and Accubid are an asset. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of project. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
