This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Top 50, Legal 500 law firm and gain invaluable experience first-hand, within a welcoming team. As a Principal Associate, you will manage a varied caseload of employment solicitor tasks, which include: Providing employment law advice to a diverse clientele on matters such as redundancy, disciplinary actions, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination, detriment claims, and equal pay. - Offering guidance on industrial relations matters. - Advising on change projects, adjustments to terms and conditions, and consultation requirements. - Handling tribunal claims. - Assisting fellow team members with their caseloads when necessary. - Drafting and preparing various documents, tribunal responses, bundles, witness statements, and reports. - Creating articles and legal updates. - Supporting business development initiatives, including training and networking activities. - Generating monthly and ad-hoc client management information MI reports. - Adhering to client and internal service level agreements SLAs. - Upholding the values and procedures of the organization. - Meeting predefined financial and chargeable targets. - This list is not exhaustive, and additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as part of the role.
